  • Relocated to Liverpool, England, where his mother Mona launched a teen club ("The Casbah") in her and Pete's basement.

  • Joined the Beatles August 12, 1960, and often booked many of the band's early gigs

  • Released from the band by Beatles manager Brian Epstein August 16, 1962.

  • British government worker for 20+ years.

  • Received royalties from the 1995 release of The Beatles' first Anthology album, since a number of recordings featuring him were included.
